She sincerely listened to our requests for modifications and made sure they were communicated to the seller and builder. Because the property we purchased is still under construction, we had several requests for modifications that were important to us, such as the installation of a Japanese-style bidet toilet (Washlet) and specific locations for electrical outlets. Hiroko took each of our requests seriously and communicated them carefully to the seller and the construction team. As a result, our requests were accommodated as we had hoped.
