We met him 5 years ago shortly after we moved into our home when he came doorknocking and he has built an excellent relationship with us so when we decided it was time to move to a bigger home there was no doubt who we would list with. He has been hugely responsive during the selling process, he has always come back to us really quickly if we have any questions, he has been honest and held our hand right to the finishing line when he sold our home for an unheard of amount! My wife and I have now used Hen twice. The first time was when we were looking to purchase our first home and the second time was when we were selling our first home. Our experience when we bought through him was great. He was very caring and talked us through the whole process and his communication was amazing. Being first home buyers, we were very nervous but Hen kept us at ease. When it came to selling our first home, our immediate thought was to use Hen. As we had been on the other end as a buyer, we knew how he would interact with potential purchasers of our home. Throughout the entire process, Hen couldn’t have been more amazing.
