I am very disappointed in Heather; she wouldn't answer my calls, and she only did texts I asked Heather when I came and looked at the property if the property flooded, and she said that it only flooded to the boundary of the property, never mentioned that it's in the flood zone, which I have since found out that the whole property is totally in the flood zone. It would have been better if she had told me that the property was in the flood zone, so I could have considered my options, especially when the whole property is in the flood zone and not just the boundary. I wouldn't recommend Heather to any buyer. I am sorry, but I am only being honest
