Thank you for your review. There were a few challenges along the way which were out of my hands, ie key release times are always reliant on banks and lawyers as part of Settlement, not the RE agent. I was also happy to have arranged with the vendors to have accommodated your many visits to the property prior to going Unconditional as well. I hope you are enjoying your new home and have settled in nicely!
