Hayley was efficient & helpful with respect to buyer our home. Always got back to me if I had any questions in a timely fashion. Totally respectful throughout the process.

Andrew and Hayley have been great to work with throughout the sale process. After 20 years since our last sale through Andrew, it was great to work with him again for this sale. Both he and Hayley kept us up to date throughout the whole process and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We were very happy we went with Hayley and Andrew to sell our house. From the start they were professional, pragmatic and no-nonsense, which suited us well. Hayley kept us up to date throughout the whole process, and particularly after open homes and any new interest. It’s a bit of a tough market to sell in at the moment, but Hayley and Andrew worked very hard to bring the interested parties to the table. They are backed by the great team at Bayley’s and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We found Andrew and Hayley very responsive and proactive in providing any information we needed. Chasing up possible buyers was superb as well as a myriad of contacts who are interested in our market. In a difficult market Andrew achieved a great price.

Thank you Hayley for a wonderful experience selling our first home. You were professional, provided honest feedback and direction and your communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. We were very happy with the offer that you brought to us and the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to sell with you again.
