Excellent from start to finish.

After a sudden family members passing I needed to deal with emptying and selling a house. I live in the north island and the house was in Christchurch. I contacted Hayden after a google search and asked if he could help out. From start to finish he was fantastic. Great communication and was always available (even though he was on holiday at the beginning of the process he was still all over it). After a quick trip to empty the house out I left the house in Hayden's hands. He arranged gardeners , painters, electricians and anyone else required to tidy the place up. After a couple of open homes and an auction the house was sold for more than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayden to any person wanting to sell or buy a property. He was a pleasure to deal with and was always available. Being out of town he made the process flow seamlessly and saved me time and possible trips down south.
