Our property was very unique and built for our families lifestyle, which we have enjoyed for 21 years. Architectural features appealed to some but being different it did require a high level of resilience to get the job done. This meant we had low volume of buyers but a high percentage of interest once prospective parties viewed. Hayden demonstrated from day one he was prepared to stay in the fight showing proactive, persistent energy that managed to achieve us a result even when the going got tough.
