Hayden is a great agent, who we found to be very knowledgeable about the market, and about potential buyers. We think that the time he spent speaking to interested parties, and his knowledge of different type of buyers meant that he was able to advise us on the best strategy to use going into auction. We believe that we had a great result at auction because of this, but we also know that if Plan A hadn't worked, Hayden had a strategy for Plan B, and another one for Plan C, and would have worked hard to get us the best result possible in different scenarios. We were kept well-informed about how the campaign was going, and appreciated how much work Hayden put in on our behalf, taking lots of the stress out for us. We felt like Hayden was up-front with us all the way, helped us to have realistic expectations, and helped us position our property in the best possible light.
