He was my buyers agent, so I was surprised that even though from my understanding he wasn't getting as much out of it as the other agents it did not reflect his efforts to help. After a sudden family members passing I needed to deal with emptying and selling a house. I live in the north island and the house was in Christchurch. I contacted Hayden after a google search and asked if he could help out. From start to finish he was fantastic. Great communication and was always available (even though he was on holiday at the beginning of the process he was still all over it). After a quick trip to empty the house out I left the house in Hayden's hands. He arranged gardeners , painters, electricians and anyone else required to tidy the place up.
