Hayden was brilliant to work with, I originally touch based with him when we were looking to move back to the region. HIs knowledge of the Taranaki market was amazing and he kept in constant contact when listings that he thought would suit our needs came up. This allowed us to organise a private viewing and place an offer on a home that we loved and luckily got. Couldnt recommend using Hayden and Ashlee enough

Hayden worked with my partner and I on purchasing our dream home. He was so approachable, professional and genuine .We really felt he worked hard for us, and invested in us getting the home just as much as we wanted it. He kept us so informed every step of the way, from his lovely assistant Ashlee showing us the house online pre-market to taking us through multiple times. Thanks very much to Hayden and Ashlee - we couldn't have asked for a better result and hope to work again with you in the future.

I appreciate haydenbroker i thanks again.

Hayden made the process of selling my house so easy!! He has such a wealth of knowledge and communicates so effectively. Hayden is punctual, calm and professional. His attention to detail is impressive and he made me feel well informed throughout the process. I always felt he had my best interests at heart. Hayden went above and beyond to get us the best result possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We were very impressed with the communication and in our case patients, as well as his Knowledge of the property market and the property itself. He was very reachable and also went above and beyond. We would strongly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

Excellent communication throughout the sale process and went above and beyond our expectations will not hesitate to use Hayden again for future purchases and sales

Hayden was fantastic to deal with for our house sale. We are located in Southland, and were able to complete the process from start to finish without returning back to New Plymouth to meet with Hayden. We were impressed by the way Hayden dealt with our tenants and was able to organise viewings directly through them. We were also impressed by the way he dealt with potential buyers, and feel he advertised our place to its maximum potential. Hayden was prompt in answering all our questions, kept us well informed at all stages and did well at keeping us calm when we were feeling a little stressed. We were very happy with the outcome of our sale.

We found Hayden to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the housing market without feeling pressured. He was helpful in informing us of the process, listened to our requirements and kept in touch regularly with updates and offering to bring potential buyers through. His tenacity paid off when he called with a new potential buyer who in his words “would love our house” and the rest is history. If you want an honest, enthusiastic, hardworking real estate person to market your property we would have no hesitation in recommending Hayden.

Excellent communication at all times

Hayden was great to deal with, prompt service from start to finish. Great communicator, clearly explained each step and made the selling process so easy. As well as selling with Hayden i also purchased through Hayden and both experiences were faultless, i absolutely recommend and would work with Hayden again

Hayden's communication and professionalism are A+, we now have our dream home.

Dealing with Hayden was super simple. He was able to answer any concerns we had, no matter how trivial. All the detail of the house and questions we had about it were explained and his knowledge of the property was excellent. Would absolute recommend!
