Exudes confidence; promises aplenty. Cutback starts when going is tough. Sale is through but at seller’s expense. Go beyond said words; commit changes in writing; double/triple confirm; and be prepared for twist and turns.

Dear Kuan Hong Raymond Yeo, We sincerely apologise that you had a difficult experience throughout this process. We understand this has been a stressful situation, and we appreciate your perspective. However, once the purchasers accepted the agreement on the terms and conditions that you had agreed to, it became a legally binding contract. Unfortunately, we were not able to simply cancel or alter the sale process, as this is beyond our authority. Any changes to a signed agreement can only be made through the parties' respective solicitors and in accordance with the legal process. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best moving forward.
