In a tough real estate market he went the extra mile to ensure that we, and our purchasers, had everything we needed to reach an amicable agreement in a timely manner. He was onboard and onside, making sure all of our questions were answered promptly. We've had regular conversations with Harry over the last couple of years as we've firmed up plans to sell property in the Lower Hutt region, attending a number of his open homes. Following a fire that extensively damaged two properties he came immediately to provide professional expertise when we were trying to decide how to deal with insurance (payout or rebuild). The hours he spent providing information and advice - for no financial benefit - enabled us to make the right decision for our future. Knowing we had all the facts to make an informed decision in a very stressful situation was priceless. Alongside the professionalism, Harry is just a good person to be around. He has a most refreshing personality and would be welcomed into our home anytime in future. We expect to use his services again.
