Further to that he is an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop to the right degree. Behind the scenes I knew that he also went above and beyond to make the sale. In a market with increasing stock, Harry's extra effort and skill meant that our property was sold within expected price and time, when may others were not selling. To top it all off he's just a great human to chat with!
