Harry did an excellent job selling our property for a number of reasons: -He was open in his communication, listening to our communication preferences and then did what he said he was going to do. -Harry came up with a different timing strategy (due to his knowledge of upcoming listings) to other agents we had talked to and this turned out to be a masterstroke, getting ahead of the rest of the market put us in a strong position. -Harry brought enthusiasm and energy to our listing. -Harry was very collaborative with other agents, seeking the best outcome for us, which was really pleasing. -Harry also brought a eye for detail, retaking our photos as he was not happy with them the first time. -Harry also delivered on price, achieving a price we were very happy with. As our kids said often "Harry is a legend" and we now have our son wanting to be a real estate agent! We would happily recommend Harry to sell your house!
