In retrospect, we should have applied for a LIM report before we put the house on the market, as there was an outstanding old consent issue that slowed down the sales process. Harriet assisted with encouragement in obtaining the required consent. She ensured that we got a fair and reasonable price for the house. Their advertising was successful, their judgement of the market seemed accurate ,and the tender process fair to buyer and seller.
