Originally from India and having experienced a military education, Harpreet is disciplined, resilient and resourceful. He moved to New Zealand in 2003 and as a fluent speaker of Punjabi, Hindi and English adapted quickly, settling in South Auckland. Studying at MIT Harpreet achieved a Diploma in Business Studies while starting work in the FMCG industry at Countdown’s distribution centre in Mangere. Harpreet was promoted into customer-service roles dealing predominantly with supply-chain, store delivery and client liaison. He led teams in roles all across greater Auckland and was responsible for a diverse staff, delivering client experiences that went above and beyond. Harpreet Walia has a significant background in customer care and service delivery, which has transferred easily to the real estate profession. His real estate clients benefit from his considerable expertise in this area and his goal is always to exceed expectations and go the extra two miles for those trusting him to find them a home or sell the one they currently own. Harpreet discovered his passion to help others in the community and joined the real estate industry in 2017. Helpful Harpreet

As first home buyers it was very daunting to learn about what we needed to do to achieve our goal, but as soon as we met Harpreet he did everything he could to help us learn, made sure we were aware of everything we needed to consider and how the process worked. No question was a dumb question and Harpreet remained humble and supportive during the entire process. Without the ongoing support from Harpreet we wouldn’t have been able to purchase our dream first home and we will always be grateful to Harpreet for all the help he gave!

Exceptional Sales Person

We have come across a wide range of personalities in the time we were house hunting end of 2020 and 90% of the salespersons have annoyed us, Harpreet is the only sales agent that my husband and I were comfortable with in the whole process.
