I cannot recommend Hara Jeng more highly! She was INCREDIBLE selling my elderly dad's house. She worked tirelessly and got us a great price. She was kind and patient with my dad too. She is a pocket rocket. She knows her stuff. She marketed it brilliantly - weekend (Sat & Sun) and weeknight twighlight open homes, sorted legal documents, delt efficiently with all the suppliers (arranged stagers and a great waterblaster to spruce up the outside etc).
