Super helpful when last minute issues arose!

Hannah was very helpful and not at all pushy in the lead up to the auction. But she really came into her own when things got a bit panicked when consent issues arose a few hours before the auction started. She didn't feel like she was acting for the vendor and did everything to help us get in a position where we could bid. She gave support and top tips throughout the online auction. Would recommend on buyer side! Online auction through proppy was also far less stressful than a normal auction, auto bid worked very well for us.
