During Covid19 lockdown our tenants moved out and we were forced to make the decision to sell our investment property, or wait it out. After weighing up the options we decided to sell and had several big name agencies through the property completing their valuations. My mum had used Proppy and spoke highly of the service they provided, as well as their low commission fees. After speaking with Hannah, I was convinced we would be in safe hands. A day before the auction started we were thrown a curve ball by one of the buyers lawyer leading to a very tense, stressful and busy 48 hours. Hannah worked tirelessly to create the best case scenario - resulting in 3 bidders at our auction. As the online auction timer counted down, we couldn't believe our eyes! Whizzing past the CV and our reserve it also surpassed our expectations. An extra bonus is that we are not giving away a huge chunk of the sale price if we had gone with a traditional agency.
