We find this particularly helpful in understanding how many people have genuine interest and the value at which they perceive our property to be worth. So when it came to the Pritchett team's negotiations with the eventual buyer, we already had a clear picture of how much we could expect it to sell for. Hannah has an excellent grasp on the sales of properties in our area for comparisons. She always comes across as passionate about her work, and her interest and enthusiasm for selling our properties is evident.
