We were selling due to quite difficult circumstances after an unexpected health scare. Hanlie took the time to sit with us as we negotiated the changes in our circumstances and allowed us the time to prepare the property for sale while managing work and treatment plans etc, in that respect she was incredibly empathetic and supportive. She showed genuine concern and checked in regularly as we set up to move to the Waikato. We were fully informed of the process surrounding the sale and once things got going the regular communication and updates really helped.
