Right from the get go Hanish was very knowledgeable and accommodating in sitting down with me and my family in the sale of my home. His explanation of what the end to end process would look like was both detailed and simplified so that we walked away with a clear understanding of what was going to happen. His knowledge of how the market had changed from the beginning of the year versus later in the year showed he has extensive knowledge of how house prices had dropped and how this would affect the sale of our home. He kept us in the loop around all documents that needed to be signed and communicated when he had viewers ready to come in at a moments notice. This showed a clear determination on his end to meet deadlines for the sale of our home. Ironically enough, it was his focused mindset that led to a favourable offer in less than 2 weeks of the house being on the market. He went above and beyond to get as much value as possible so as to ensure we were getting the best deal in the market but at the same respecting the buyers budget. However, I think what me and my family can agree with the most is how he handled himself when we ran in to a few complications regarding the settlement of the home and meeting the conditions for the agreement. I am thankful he held our hand and went through different options regarding the issue, reaching out to different support people to get us the help/repairs needed to meet the standards of the buyer. I was surprised at the focus and turnaround from the unfortunate finding to when we completed the appropriate repairs and negotiations for the house price. Without his guidance we may have lost the buyer. Thanks Hanish for helping us sell our home but also helping another family in to their dream home.
