Fantastic Team!

We engaged Hamish and Alice to sell our house in Mt Wellington. From the outset I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable of the local market and had multiple listings in our area. Throughout the process, their communication was exceptional. They set up a WhatsApp group for us to ask any questions to them and also feedback to us as well as conducted weekly progress meetings to report back about potential buyers and open home activity. They produced a report about the potential buyers and their situation so we were constantly in the loop. A week before the auction we had an offer which we declined and at the time there were afew potential bius but nobody strong. Hamish and Alice sgain powered through and worked hard to find us 4 bidders for the auction who all bidded. We went over the reserve and our house sold.
