Hamish was handed a bit of a hospital pass when our first agent gave us an unrealistic appraisal and then left without warning. Hamish worked really hard on our behalf. We live out of town and he went above and beyond by mowing lawns, helping with power reconnection (he waited over 3 hours at the property to try and resolve a problem). He kept us regularly updated and achieved the best price given market conditions.

From first communication right to the end, Hamish has been so helpful, processional,knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole process. Nothing was too difficult as Hamish was there to support and help me through what I needed. The communication was always open and clear 24/7.
