I highly recommend Pauline West at CK & Co for anyone buying or selling in the Upper Hutt/Wellington area. As first-time buyers purchasing 64 Clyma Street in Elderslea, my family (John, Mercy, and Esther) had a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish, thanks largely to Pauline's professionalism and support. From the initial viewing, Pauline was friendly, knowledgeable about the local market, and quick to answer our many questions. She guided us through a competitive offer process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked closely with the vendor to accommodate our conditions (builder’s report, finance, valuation, etc.). Even after the agreement went unconditional, Pauline (and her colleague Anne Koge) promptly handled deposit instructions and arranged a pre-settlement visit without any hassle. What stood out most was her calm, approachable manner during a sometimes overwhelming process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always responded quickly — often the same day. The sale progressed exactly on timeline, with settlement on 28 November 2025.
