Working with Hamish and the CK & Co team was an excellent experience. Hamish always provided great advice and at times, when we were reluctant to listen, he gave us options to think about. Ultimately the advice and guidance given proved accurate and we ultimately made the right decisions on his advice to get the house sold. Hamish and the team were always available and the communications around questions, open homes and general queries were answered exceptionally quickly. We loved their WhatsApp system of comms to keep us up to date. We praise this team for going beyond expectations and we can say this was the best experience we have had with agents in selling too many houses to remember. Highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home.
