Excellent Service, Communication and Result

I recently sold my home with the expert help of Hamish Blundell and Team CK & Co. and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. His expertise and negotiation skills obtained multiple offers in a very short time period. Hamish knew I was daunted having never bought or sold property before and he made the experience as stress free as possible. Communication and advice from Hamish were excellent keeping me fully informed of progress on a daily basis and was always available to answer my calls. He also kept my son who lives overseas fully updated and discussed strategies and offers as they were presented. This often-necessitated late night calls to fit in with the time difference. Hamish was amazing throughout the whole process and went the extra mile to assist me where-ever he could with the purchase of a new home and the sale of my current home. Hamish communicated with the listing agent on my behalf of the property I wished to purchase and gave me his expert guidance on submitting my offer which was successful. He also organised a Tradesman to carry out some minor work prior to listing and helped me dispose of some unwanted furniture.
