Rob was fantastic to deal with, especially as a first home buyer where everything can be quite overwhelming. His clear and confident communication, warm demeanour alongside his market experience meant that I always felt I was making well-informed decisions throughout the process. From negotiation to pre-settlement, it was made abundantly clear that Rob is someone that absolutely puts the work in to make sure both the buyer and seller are heard, and in doing so humanises what could easily be a very cold and transactional process.
