From the initial appraisal of our home, advice of the pros and cons of the possible marketing options, Haley's market knowledge and common sense approach stoodout. A neighbouring property was on the market through another agency, Haley added additional open home times, to coincide with the open home times of the neighboring property, some that potential purchasers visiting the neighboring property would also visit ours! Our market price expectation was conservative and this price was significantly exceeded when the house sold.

We recently bought a house from Urszula and Hayley and can't fault the process at all. Communication was timely, friendly and informative. Any question that couldn't be answered immediately was quickly sorted. As we were not located in city there was certainly more work for Urszula and her team to do on our behalf, but we never felt it was any trouble - it was all done with ease, in a timely manner and to a high standard. Buying at auction (for the first time) was not an issue at all - we were well informed of the process ahead of time, and it went without a hitch on the day. Haley and Ursula listed and sold my unit in Halswell recently. On first meeting with both agents I was impressed with their professionalism. They are an excellent team Nothing was a problem they were happy to assist with any of my queries. There were many viewings for my unit both on open homes and private viewings and they were all undertaken willingly and professionally. The feedback was given in a timely manner and all queries were answered from perspective buyers. So much hard work was done and I was so thrilled with the result.

Our planned sale was well known to Haley when we were originally planning our new house build and its timeframe. The preparation and method of house sale, were recommended to best fit into our specific timescale, together with a realistic expectations of the price range our house was likely to achieve. With generally falling house prices, we were very pleased to receive a good offer from buyer, with no financial conditions, that also fitted in with our planned house completion date, all within 10 days of going to market. The good advice received throughout regarding the current market and marketing plan was great. The feedback from the two open homes, on the strengths and weaknesses of those interested was great making our decision on the right offer to accept, very straight forward.
