Habeeb just sold our city apartment. We knew the market was pretty flat so didn't have high expectations. However, Habeeb has been working in this area for many years now and had a plan and it went almost exactly how he said it would. He achieved a price which has more than what we expected and in a time which was quicker than we expected.
