After I attended the first open home Gwyneth sent across all of the information available about the property to enable me to make a "warts and all" assessment of the plusses and minuses of purchasing this place. I had to um and ah for a couple of weeks, contemplating what could become my first non-rented home. Gwyneth found the right balance of not pressuring for a sale, but keeping in touch to understand my circumstances. I didn't go in for a third open home, but I gained the impression that interest was picking up, so I caught up with Gwyneth afterwards to set terms of a sale and purchase agreement. I still can't quite believe that just eight days later I have the keys to my own home.

Gwyneth was very friendly and accomodating when it came to arranging to sign the paperwork. However, I was only notified that the title was defective after the vendor accepted my offer and I was signing the contract. This was only mentioned when we were setting the settlement date and she said we should have it 15 days later rather than the usual 10… this actually turned out to take an entire year.

Not pushy, just the right amount of pressure to get the place sold! She has continued to communicate well with both parties after the sale.
