The ultimate test of an agent's skill must be a quick sale near the asking price. Guy listed our house online on a Thursday night, held an open home on Saturday, brought back a potential purchaser for a second viewing on Sunday and had an offer made on Tuesday. All within Five days !! On setting a price, his initial advice is that we were asking too much for an unusual house with appeal to a limited range of buyers, but after discussions he accepted our views. Guy then worked hard to bring the purchaser's offer up towards our asking price. He got the result that WE wanted - in the shortest possible time.
