I had known Gurwinder for a wee while which is what initially influenced us to list our property with him, but he far exceeded our expectations. From our first meeting Gurwinder clearly displayed excellent knowledge of property values and expectations in our area. He was extremely professional and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. From signing the listing contract to signing the sale and purchase agreement was so quick and easy and when he had a viewing he always left our property exactly how he found it. Gurwinder really seemed to understand and respect that this wasn't just our house that we were selling, but this was our home that we put so much of our hearts into refurbishing and decorating.
