Gretchen seems to know the market really well so when buying a house, which is something I have never done before, I was happy with her guidance. She is very professional and impeccably dressed. She was very prompt at organising with the seller extras viewings for me and my family. When I inquired about a tree on the property she contacted the arborist and sent me a report.
