This is the second time we have sold a house with Greg. We returned to him for the sale of 5 Manuka because of his expertise and experience. He is calm in every situation and very knowledgeable. We have met a lot of snake oil salesmen and Greg is not that at all. He will always give you his honest opinion (and that opinion usually turns out to be correct). Greg is an outstanding agent who helped us secure a very good price on a property with some significant challenges in terms of market perception. He rolled his sleeves up on overseeing the process of getting the property ready for sale (we live in Central Otago) and was always communicating (eg after open homes and making suggestions to improve the presentation of the property). He can think outside the box and devise creative solutions when the task is challenging. We highly recommend him for your marketing project.
