Greg was useful in obtaining an offer with no conditions enabling me to sell my place and move to a more modern one, and repay debt. Prior offers had fallen through on builders report and due diligence condition. Greg found a purchaser who was willing to take my place on an as is basis. If I had stayed would have had to spend several thousands on maintenance and probably replace roof now someone else is doing this instead. He was helpful in disposing of my junk that had accumulated over the years, recommending movers, and helping me on the day and prior with moving items to the new place.
