Outstanding in every respect!

Greg provided outstanding support and advice throughout the sales process. His knowledge and understanding of the market and buyer requirements led to an incredible number of offers (in a market described elsewhere as slow) and a great outcome. Greg's advice and suggestions about the presentation of the house were invaluable and demonstrated that he really knows what buyers want. He also went the extra mile in that he met the various people involved in preparing the house (kitchen, carpet, staging etc) on site so we could obtain quotes and provide access. This was incredibly helpful for us as we don't live locally and avoided multiple trips to the property. Greg has great interpersonal skills and always followed up and kept us up to date. His communication was professional and timely. Greg has now sold two houses for us and we could not recommend him more highly. He is absolutely outstanding.
