Committed and communicative!

Greg came in with a plan, and told us to go ahead and move and he would sell it. He gave us confidence at each step and reassurance after a slow start. With his ‘trust the process’ theory and comical Dad jokes he followed through on what he said, selling our house at a price that exceeded our expectations in just over a month. This allowed us to move on to our next adventure. Nothing is too difficult, no phone call is ever unanswered. He understands this process and its stressors with a family, going out of his way to make it as easy as possible. Greg really gets how it feels to sell a loved family home, even driving across town in the evening when we sold, to place the sold sticker, take photos and celebrate with us.
