Grant was great, we always felt his passion and interest in our story and our property. He was always available for any question we had, however minor. His data in property was very thorough and in depth. It enabled us to get a multi off in less than 2 weeks in a very tough market. He was able to get us a point of difference, which made the difference. Thank you!!
We’ve worked with Grant on over a dozen property transactions over the years. His advice has always delivered positive outcomes, but non more so than this recent sale. In a tough market where buyers have been seeking a bargain, Grants experience and patience delivered an awesome win win outcome for both buyer and seller. He worked tirelessly to get the result, reflecting a work ethic that underpins his enduring career I.e. you work hard both in the good times and bad. Thanks Grant, you’ve done it again:)
Grant is a skilled negotiator able to satisfy complex sellers and buyers alike. His maturity as a realtor and individual is evident by way of advice and approach - considered and without pressure. He will get the job done regardless of hour, distance, weather or market. Thoroughly likable individual with a developed sense of humor.
We worked with Grant over a period of 6 months as he tried to find us a house that fitted our criteria with Hamilton City. His knowledge of the market, geographic areas and previous sales that he had made in those areas over the years helped us narrow our options to suburbs that we would be comfortable in. His longevity and credibility in the market is a significant benefit to those wishing to sell or purchase real estate in Hamilton. He has excellent relationships with agents from other companies, this helped us knowing that there would be no difficulty getting access to a property that wasn't on the Harcourts books. when we finally found a house to purchase his expertise in managing the process was awesome. Highly trusted and highly recommended
Grant managed to arrange for the perfect weather to showcase the property and grow our interest. He was able to also provide insight into the quality of the construction and comparative sales - which are/were scarce. He does an excellent marketing job, communicates clearly and regularly, is very professional and is well connected - I would urge anyone considering selling a quality property to talk to Grant.
Grant has helped with other real estate transactions for us in the past and he has always been very good at his job. This sale was no exception. We discussed the challenges with this property early and Grant's approach fitted exactly with the suggestions he made. His suggestions for choice of home staging firm gave us an amazing look and feel to the apartment. The photography was outstanding and the way all of these were managed was exactly what we needed. Grant was in touch regularly and his updates covered all of the questions and concerns we had. He managed the interested parties adeptly and we were well supported in making the decisions that were needed once offers were received. In hindsight, the sales process Grant suggested proved to be the best we could have chosen and Grant steered us through the complexities very professionally. We would certainly use Grant in future real estate dealings
Grant is the consummate professional that you can trust to get the job done. In a tough market he has shown a skill set required to satisfy seller and buyer. I’d recommend him as my first choice to sell your property.
Grant provided excellent service whilst selling my elderly mother’s home. He provided excellent advice and was able to negotiate a great outcome in a challenging market.
Grant provided a first class marketing campaign that profiled the property in the best possible way. Grant provided us with very good market intel to establish a value. He gave us weekly if not daily reports on progress and closed out the sale extremely well. We have brought and sold a number of properties with Grant now and we would highly recommend his services to anyone.
