Grant helped the reviewer sell this property

We had excellent communication with Grant all along.

Grant gave me advice, on site, prior to engagement of what was needed to get this property ready for selling. I had excellent feed back from Grant before we engaged him to sell and through the two month period prior to selling, he has kept me fully informed after open homes and also during the week of any interest of people wanting to view. It has been a pleasure to deal with a real estate agent who I feel has been very honest and straight forward with me at all times. I have no reservations of recommending Grant to anyone.
