Grant was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, yet professional. Worked with us and the vendor to negotiate the best result for everyone. Explaining each process clearly and making sure we understood the contract etc. Responded to txt, emails and calls promptly. We would happily deal with him as a buyer again. The little gift and photo opportunity, with the sold sign, were a lovely extra touch 😊. Overall a great experience, even if it was a anxious one.
