Helpful, excellent communication, down-to-earth, genuine and knows his stuff

I would highly recommend Grant Longstaff. My partner and I recently bought our first home through Grant. We found him to be friendly and down-to-earth, super helpful and just a genuinely good guy. He made everything as easy as possible for us. He guided us through the process and kept in touch with us through everything. We wanted more information about the plumbing inside the house so Grant ended up tracking down the plumber (who did the work) and arranged for us to speak to him. We really appreciated Grant going the extra mile. Even after the sale had gone through Grant still kept in touch, making sure we got our receipt for our deposit payment and generally being helpful and communicative. We felt like Grant was genuinely happy to see us get into our first home and that meant a lot to us.
