A great working partnership.

I chose Grant over other local agents on the basis of his grounded approach to the sale and marketing the property. His proposal was well researched and considered. Whilst his valuation erred on the conservative side in my view neither of us fully understood the current dynamics of a ‘hot’ property market. However, in the end it came down to a reasonable offer that was fair to both parties. His regular communication was appreciated and I believe we worked in unison and achieved a good result.
