Grant helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional and knowledgeable

One of the best decisions I made with the sale of my house was engaging Grant as my agent. He was thorough and knowledgeable, kind and respectful, and helped me through the entire process with a calm and level head. Grant kept me informed during the entire process, Grant’s advice during this process reflected his knowledge of the market and was very valuable and reassuring to me as a vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Grant as an agent for anyone wishing to sell their house in the Kapiti market.
