Grant managed the sale of our house in a very friendly approachable manner. He communicated with us promptly and regularly, even when that was difficult because we were away and not always in cellphone coverage. He developed a friendly relaxed relationship with us, but was always very professional in his approach and showed a meticulous attention to detail. He always had time for any questions we had. He maintained good contact with us after a conditional agreement had been signed up. He is very experienced, with great knowledge of the local real estate market. You sense that he always has your best interests at heart. Though he began this process as an agent we did not know before, he has become a friend we know we can rely on completely. While I was the purchaser and generally I’m not overly fond of real estate agents, Grant really is a cut above the others.
