Wow! Grant was superb. We received 3 appraisals from 3 Real Estate Companies.. We selected Grant to market our home as his was the most professional and thorough. We listed on a Monday and on the following Monday (after 3 private viewings and one open home) Grant presented us with a conditional offer. This went unconditional 10 days later. His communication with us and between us and the vendors has been first class, and he has been a real help with organising access for building reports and carpet quotes given the property was vacant and we happened to be in Bali for a week while things needed to be organised. While being clear that his primary obligation is to the vendors who are his clients, he has played a key role in bring the deal together and making sure both parties were comfortable with the process and the outcome. There was also a technical issue to do with a prior EQC claim that needed to be sorted and Grant had the knowledge and the initiative to get this sorted quickly. If we ever come to sell the property, we will be giving Grant a call.
