I approached five real estate agents (all from different agencies) to assist in finding me a house to buy. I had a strict criteria and a budget which does not reflect Auckland house prices! Grant displayed a genuine interest in finding the right house, sending me daily emails of the latest listings and arranging viewings at times that suited me. He negotiated on my behalf and worked through conditions of the contract to satisfy both parties. I have not received a single email or phone call from the other agents about suitable listings.
