Communication was key in the sale of my in-laws property. Elderly father in-law was having health and memory issues and I stepped in to help him through the process of moving into a retirement village with the community support he needed. Communication was key to keeping things moving. Grant was always very clear about when open homes would be. We reviewed the asking price regularly to try to prompt a sale and meet a falling market. Sometimes we didn’t get a call back after an open home - just to update up on if anyone had been through etc. and we were keen to know. Otherwise Grant was always on the ball and had a great knowledge of what the market was doing and his feedback was important, to confirm we were meeting the current market.
