Expectations far surpassed

Having used Grant a number of times in the past he has never failed to impress, exceeding expecatations every time, and this occasion was no different. Listing in a falling market, I believed a long process and disappointing result, especially price wise was inevitable, however with his skill, knowledge, customer base, integrity and great nature, Grant brought multiple offers at the deadline date, far surpassing what I thought we could achieve. I won't think twice about listing with Grant the next time I'm ready to sell.
