Graeme Mann

Being a long term local resident meant Graeme had excellent knowledge of the area to assist in selling our house. He went out of his way to help us in our difficult situation of moving from the north to the south island. He was professional in his approach and easy to deal with. He achieved an excellent result. We would not hesitate in recommending him as an agent to others.

Graeme was the only "Mann" for the job. We started the process, circumstances changed as life has a habit of doing , but upon Graeme's return the cycle was completed. Graeme brought a wealth of experience and knowledge of the market, down to earth communications and a damn good bloke approach and always going the extra mile. As a vendor with a passion and knowledge of the beautiful block, Graeme's inclusiveness and respectfullness of my role has been particularly notable and greatly appreciated. Thankyou Graeme and Nicole...a super cool team we've had the privilege to have onboard !!!!

Highly recommend Graeme. He really took the time to show us the property, patiently answering all our questions. He literally walked the extra mile for us to show us the land and was happy to accommodate all our requests. He is a knowledgeable agent and managed to get a solution that both vendor and us could be happy with.

Nice agent. very professional.

We recently achieved an excellent result selling our property at auction with many thanks to Nicole and Graeme of Telos Group. We were very impressed and happy throughout the whole process from the initial pre-listing discussions to the fall of the hammer. Their choice of auctioneer (and the auction company) was perfect! Graeme and Nicole kept us up to date with developments in a friendly, professional, factual, practical no-nonsense manner and were super easy to deal with. We were made to feel like our business was valued and we weren’t “just another vendor”. Would not hesitate to engage Graeme and Nicole in the future for any other real estate business and thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

We approached Graeme to sell our lifestyle block and he didn't disappoint. We got a result we were happy with and this was achieved by Graemes' knowledge and outstanding service in honesty, commitment and experience. Would highly recommend Graeme!
